Why its is giving me a message that
email Address is already register?
A: You get this message because some one had this email address
register at shadipoint. If you have already registered at shadipoint and having
problems logging in or forgot your password then click on Forgot Password under
login on you screen. Type in the email address and click send. Then check your
mail and your password will be there.

What are the guidelines for posting a
photo?
When you create a profile, you can post one photo of yourself. You
can upload images directly from your computer or mail them to us. You can mail
us a photograph, and we'll scan it for free. Choose a solo shot. Photos of
cartoon characters or celebrities are copyrighted and cannot be posted. Try
black and white images. They're often smaller in file size, and more
flattering. Nudity, obscenity, sexual or otherwise offensive photos will not be
posted. We only accept .jpg (JPEG) image type. Image files can be no larger
than 300k.

How do I post a photo?
A: ShadiPoint makes it easy for you, Upload a Photo To upload a
photo directly from your computer, simply go to Edit Profile select "Browse",
and follow the instructions. Please Note: We only accept .jpg (JPEG) image
type. Your photo file must be under 300K. Once approved, uploaded photos will
be posted exactly as they are submitted. Be sure to crop your photo if
necessary before uploading it. It may take 24 hours for your photo to appear on
your profile.

How long will it take for my photo to
appear?
A: Normal posting time for photos is 24 hours. Our team must approve
you photo to maintain the quality of matches available through ShadiPoint.

What's the difference between HTML
and Text email format?
A: Email sent in HTML (hypertext markup language) appears in much
the same way you're viewing this web page. We're able to format the message we
send you, adding graphics and links to other pages that you might find useful.
HTML emails are ultimately designed with you, the reader, in mind and
communicate their message much more effectively than emails sent as plain text.
Email sent as plain text can be effective too; however, you won't see the
formatting (bold, italics, etc.) that makes HTML easier to read. You still can
receive links to useful information but lose the ability to view graphics. Key
benefits of plain text emails is their smaller file size and your ability to
read them offline.

want to see. You can conduct an unlimited number of searches by selecting the
preferences and characteristics of your desired match. Start with age, and
gender. Then narrow your search with religon and location. Play around and try

Why am I not not getting very
many/any responses?
A: Want to increase you chances of getting a response? Post a photo.
Research shows that profiles with photos are 8 times more like to receive a
response. when contacting other members, remember to tell more about yourself
and ask questions. This gives your potential match even more reason to write
back. On the more technical side, Many people have more than one email address.
Make sure you're using your registered e-mail address. If you're not receiving
any responses at all, you may have a "Spamguard" in place that is keeping email
from Match from reaching you. Check with your service provider. If none of
